GIRAFFE HEROES AWARD 2015

Happy Friday night at Giraffe heroes 2015 Gala dinner which were held at Hotel Waterbuck, Nakuru County this evening. I Celebrated and rejoiced with other champions, friends, families which was a great opportunity to meet different people from all walks of life, connected and socialize. It was a very proud moment for me and the people of Nomad Kenya. This was an iconic celebration done for all that have put a lot of effort to ensure that we live in better communities. For me it was time to celebrate the successes we have realized alongside the people of Northern, coastal Kenya and beyond. We had great fun and I was able to hang out with many of my favorite friends and I also enjoyed a motivation speech of one of the key note speakers.

MY ACCEPTANCE SPEECH AT THE GIRAFFE HEROES AWARD 2015.

Very emotional moment especially for me!
May the almighty peace and blessings be upon you. Ladies and gentlemen, friends, family, giraffe heroes champions, organisers and other stakeholders from different institutions, Good evening?

Today is my happiest moment to be recognized for my volunteer activities. My honour is to giraffe heroes who gave me the motivation to continue with my volunteer services whatever challenges I had undergone.

My appreciation is to my Mum Halima Abdulla Mohamed Jari, who stood with Me in all the volunteer outreaches, without her efforts this work could not have been achieved and accomplished. Not forgetting the support of all those who participated in this noble projects in one way or the other.

My messages to the entire youth of Kenya is despite the unemployment problem in our counties which has led to a sort of disillusionment I encourage you to make various initiatives at voluntary services to participate in our country development and shun radicalization, drugs and substance abuse.

I dedicate this special award to those innocent people of Northern Kenya who have been confronted by historical injustices and marginalization before and after independence.
Thank you, God bless you all! God bless Africa!
